Position Overview

As a Store Manager, you will collaborate closely with the District Manager to cultivate a store atmosphere that promotes inclusivity and fosters diverse customer relationships. Your role will involve steering the team towards achieving store targets, including sales and profitability, as well as overseeing recruitment, performance management, training, and development. Your adaptability to various challenges, environments, and work schedules will be key to your effectiveness in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive the store to meet company objectives and key performance indicators.
  2. Maintain operational excellence by adhering to company policies, managing shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
  3. Recruit, mentor, and develop a team focused on sales, customer service, and fashion.
  4. Set the standard for customer engagement and ensure the team delivers a shopping experience that fosters customer loyalty.
  5. Execute merchandising strategies while ensuring a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment that encourages shopping.
  6. Maintain effective communication with the District Manager.
Candidate Profile
What You Bring:
  1. A minimum of 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused retail environment.
  2. Demonstrated ability to lead teams to achieve strong sales results.
  3. High School diploma or GED; post-secondary education is an asset.
  4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing exceptional customer experiences.
  5. Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
What We Offer:
Compensation: $48,000 - $60,000 (Salary may vary based on experience)
