About This Role

The Sales Execution Supervisor (SES) is a pivotal position within Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited, overseeing the Sales Execution team in the designated region. This role is essential for translating strategic goals into effective operational practices within our customers' retail environments. The clientele primarily includes both national and local grocery chains, as well as mass merchandising outlets.

The SES ensures that our products are consistently available and presented according to company standards across all retail locations. This involves maintaining optimal stock levels on shelves, displays, and in coolers, which is crucial for maximizing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, assess, and mentor a team of full-time and part-time merchandisers.
  • Build strong partnerships with customers to ensure their needs are met, addressing inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Negotiate and enhance customer service levels in accordance with company policies.
  • Conduct store visits to ensure compliance with execution standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule team members effectively to align with business demands, adjusting labor to match volume fluctuations.
  • Manage the team within the constraints of labor and operational budgets.
  • Collaborate daily with internal Sales and Customer Operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work.
  • A personal vehicle is required for use during work hours.
  • Preferred: 1+ years of sales experience.
  • Experience in the food and beverage sector is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up capabilities.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record, free of major violations in the past three years.
  • Current vehicle liability insurance is necessary.
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in grocery, retail, warehousing, or a related field, with experience in operating manual or powered pallet jacks.
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience working independently with minimal supervision.
