Role Overview

As a Store Manager, you will collaborate closely with the District Manager to cultivate a store atmosphere that embraces inclusivity and fosters diverse customer interactions. Your leadership will be pivotal in guiding the team to meet and exceed store objectives, including sales and profitability targets, recruitment, performance oversight, training, and professional development. Your adaptability to various challenges, tasks, and schedules will be essential for your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive your store to meet company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain operational excellence by adhering to company policies, managing shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling. Recruit, mentor, and develop a talented team focused on sales, customer service, and fashion. Set the standard for customer engagement, ensuring the team delivers a shopping experience that fosters customer loyalty and satisfaction. Execute merchandising strategies while ensuring a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment that encourages customer visits. Keep an effective communication channel open with the District Manager.

Candidate Profile:

What you bring to the table:

A minimum of 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-centric retail environment. Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve strong sales results. High School diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
