Position Overview
As a Store Manager, you will report directly to the District Manager and be responsible for cultivating an inclusive store atmosphere that fosters diverse customer interactions. Your role will involve leading and guiding the team to meet store objectives, including sales and profitability targets, recruitment, performance oversight, training, and development. Your adaptability to various challenges, environments, and work schedules will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the store meets company objectives and key performance indicators.
- Maintain operational excellence by adhering to company policies, managing shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
- Recruit, manage, and develop a team focused on sales, customer service, and fashion.
- Set the standard for customer experience, ensuring the team delivers a shopping journey that fosters positive customer relationships and loyalty.
- Implement merchandising strategies while maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment that encourages shopping.
- Maintain effective communication with the District Manager.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused retail environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams to achieve strong sales results.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing exceptional customer experiences.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
What We Offer:
Salary Range: $48,000 - $60,000 (Compensation may vary based on relevant experience)
