Position Overview

As a Store Manager, you will collaborate closely with the District Manager to cultivate a store atmosphere that embraces inclusivity and fosters strong customer relationships. Your leadership will be pivotal in guiding the team to meet and exceed store objectives, including sales targets, recruitment, performance management, training, and team development. Your adaptability to various challenges and work environments will be essential for your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive the store to meet company goals and key performance indicators.
  2. Ensure operational excellence by adhering to company policies, managing shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
  3. Recruit, mentor, and develop a team focused on sales, customer service, and fashion.
  4. Set the standard for customer engagement and ensure the team delivers an exceptional shopping experience that builds customer loyalty.
  5. Execute merchandising strategies while maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment that encourages shopping.
  6. Maintain open and effective communication with the District Manager.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
  1. A minimum of 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused retail environment.
  2. Demonstrated ability to lead teams to achieve strong sales results.
  3. High School diploma or GED; post-secondary education is an asset.
  4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  5. Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
What We Offer:
Compensation: $48,000 - $60,000 (commensurate with experience)
