Position Overview

As a Store Manager, you will report directly to the District Manager and cultivate a store atmosphere that promotes inclusivity and fosters diverse customer relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to guide and inspire your team to meet store targets, which encompass sales and profitability, recruitment, performance oversight, training, and development. Your adaptability to various situations, environments, challenges, and work schedules will be essential for your success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure the store meets company objectives and key performance indicators.
  2. Maintain operational excellence by adhering to company policies, procedures, loss prevention strategies, payroll management, reporting, and scheduling.
  3. Recruit, manage, develop, and train exceptional talent focused on sales, customer service, and fashion.
  4. Set a standard for customer experience, ensuring the team delivers a shopping journey that fosters positive customer relationships and loyalty.
  5. Execute merchandising strategies while maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment that encourages shopping.
  6. Keep open and effective communication with the District Manager.
Qualifications:

What You Bring:
  1. A minimum of 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-centric retail environment.
  2. Demonstrated ability to lead teams to achieve strong sales outcomes.
  3. High School diploma or GED equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
  4. Capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment while being dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  5. Availability to work evenings and weekends.
Additional Information:

What We Offer:
Salary: $48,000 - $60,000 (Rate may vary based on relevant experience)
