Position Overview

As a Store Manager, you will report directly to the District Manager and cultivate a store atmosphere that promotes inclusivity and diverse customer interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include guiding and managing the team to meet store objectives, which encompass sales and profitability targets, recruitment, performance oversight, training, and professional development. Your capacity to navigate various situations, environments, challenges, job responsibilities, and work schedules will be vital to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure the store meets company objectives and key performance indicators.
  2. Maintain operational excellence by adhering to company policies, procedures, loss prevention strategies, payroll management, reporting, and scheduling.
  3. Recruit, manage, develop, and train a talented team focused on sales, customer service, and fashion.
  4. Set the standard for customer experience and ensure the team delivers a shopping experience that fosters positive customer relationships and loyalty.
  5. Execute merchandising strategies while maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment that encourages customer engagement.
  6. Maintain effective communication with the District Manager.
Qualifications:

What You Bring:
  1. A minimum of 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-centric retail environment.
  2. Demonstrated ability to lead teams to achieve strong sales results.
  3. High School diploma or GED equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
  4. Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment while remaining committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  5. Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
Additional Information:

What We Offer:
Salary: $48,000 - $60,000 (Rate may vary based on relevant experience)
