About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on financial products and services to help customers achieve their objectives.
  • Build comprehensive financial plans for customers, incorporating a range of banking, investment, and borrowing solutions.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to grow the branch business and meet individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to develop personalized financial strategies.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications and licenses, such as a Mutual Funds license and CIFP Diploma.
