Community-Based Registered Nurse

Are you an experienced registered nurse, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, social worker, dietitian, or speech language pathologist seeking a rewarding position focused on patient care? This role may align perfectly with your career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive and specialized nursing services to a diverse patient demographic
  • Coordinate and manage patient care in accordance with established protocols
  • Exhibit expertise in a variety of nursing practices and methodologies

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) preferred, with a minimum of a community college diploma in nursing
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Case Management Certification is advantageous
  • At least 2 years of pertinent experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Strong skills in health assessment and wound care management

Desirable Attributes:

  • Experience with a variety of patient populations
  • Proficiency in French or another second language is a plus
