Community-Based Registered Nurse
Are you an experienced registered nurse, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, social worker, dietitian, or speech language pathologist seeking a rewarding position that emphasizes compassionate care? This role may align perfectly with your professional aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive and specialized nursing services to a diverse community patient base
- Coordinate and manage patient care in accordance with established protocols
- Exhibit expertise in a variety of nursing practices and methodologies
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) preferred, with a minimum of a community college diploma in nursing
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Case Management Certification is advantageous
- At least 2 years of pertinent experience as a Registered Nurse
- Strong skills in health evaluation and wound care management
Desirable Attributes:
- Experience with a variety of patient demographics
- Proficiency in French or another second language is a plus
