The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and communications, as well as serving as the primary point of contact between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and prioritize the executive's daily activities to ensure all tasks and deadlines are met.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as required, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up.
- Provide administrative support to the President or Vice-President, including managing schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within a financial services environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in a fast-paced environment supporting C-level executives is a strong asset.
