About the Role:

  • Greet and assist passengers with a smile, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
  • Follow airline-specific check-in policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with airline crew to provide top-notch service and support.
  • Manage passenger boarding and ensure a smooth transition to flight.
  • Enforce airline and airport policies and procedures while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
  • Completion of a Travel and Tourism Diploma, Marketing, or Business Diploma.
  • Previous airport experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
