About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned partnerships professional to lead our Carbon Partner Ecosystem. As the Head of Carbon Partner Ecosystem, you will be responsible for defining and executing our product partnerships strategy for Carbon, driving growth and expansion of our Carbon solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue product partnerships opportunities, ensuring alignment with our Carbon product strategy
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including technology players and System Integrators
  • Develop and execute partnerships contracts, ensuring successful collaboration and joint solution development
  • Monitor and report on partner performance, tracking key metrics and identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Solutions Marketing, to drive joint solution development and co-marketing efforts
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in partnerships, strategy, or business development, with a focus on SaaS technology
  • Proven ability to negotiate and manage complex partnerships, with a track record of driving growth and expansion
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of product strategy and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus
