About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our hydrogen and low carbon fuel efforts as the Head of Regional Center of Excellence - Low Carbon Fuels. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for setting the vision and direction for our business, growing a team of experts, and driving innovation initiatives to support our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and revenue in the low carbon fuels market.
  • Lead a team of experts in hydrogen and low carbon fuels, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new services and solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to ensure our business remains competitive and innovative.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure the financial health and success of the business.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in the energy industry, with a focus on hydrogen and low carbon fuels.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of the hydrogen and low carbon fuels market, including market trends, technologies, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
