Position Overview:

As a pivotal member of the Skyservice Business Aviation team, the Market Analyst will play a crucial role in gathering, evaluating, and interpreting data pertinent to aircraft valuation, buyer and seller behaviors, market trends, and technical assessments of aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis across various aircraft segments using diverse tools and methodologies.
  • Identify significant trends and deliver competitive intelligence regarding market dynamics and aircraft availability.
  • Pinpoint target markets to enhance potential sales volume and develop a robust sales pipeline.
  • Execute and monitor evaluations of the market industry.
  • Leverage market analysis to determine specific aircraft for outreach regarding potential purchases or sales.
  • Create data models and reporting tools to generate business insights, maintaining regular communication with the Sales team.
  • Provide analytical and technical support to enhance sales initiatives, drawing from a deep understanding of the business aviation landscape.
  • Serve as the primary technical representative during aircraft audits for potential transactions, collaborating closely with the Sales team.
  • Oversee project pipelines to ensure adherence to established timelines.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Marketing, Data Analysis, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in business aviation and its prevailing trends.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with proficiency in organizing and interpreting data to create visual representations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Capacity to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic setting.
  • Exceptional computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Netsuite, or Hubspot is advantageous.
  • Highly organized with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of business aviation and private jet operations.
