About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data within the capital or fixed markets domain to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
  3. Data Analysis: Perform data analysis and create detailed reports to support decision-making processes.
  4. Process Improvement: Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  5. Business Requirements Implementation: Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
  6. Project Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute project plans.
Requirements
  1. CFA Certification: CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification is required.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the capital or fixed markets industry.
  3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  4. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of capital markets products, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and investment banking.
  5. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying.
  6. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
  2. Financial Regulations: Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements is desirable.
