Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing sales support to our Gemini Parts division, based in Toronto, ON.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with external customers to ensure accurate data and orders are processed efficiently.
- Act as a liaison between accounting and customers to facilitate payment terms and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables.
- Compile and analyze weekly sales reports to inform business decisions.
- Upload inventory data to online databases to ensure accurate tracking and management.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and ordering supplies.
- Participate in special projects and other responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using computer programs, such as Microsoft Office products.
Work Environment:
The successful candidate will work in a standard office environment, with access to standard office equipment and technology. The role may also require occasional travel to customer events and meetings.
