Marketing Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our team at Nrisolutions. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, tracking advertising costs, researching consumer behavior, developing insights, and providing actionable recommendations to improve our marketing strategies and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies
Drive marketing strategy based on business objectives and vision, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
Conduct Market Research and AnalysisConduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Track and Analyze Marketing MetricsTrack email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates) and report on marketing KPIs (leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement).
Monitor and Optimize Marketing BudgetMonitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns, recommending website and campaign optimizations to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional TeamsCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition and develop marketing plans to support business objectives.
Develop and Present Marketing ReportsDevelop and present detailed marketing reports and insights to senior management, providing actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, social science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5 Years of Marketing Analyst ExperienceMinimum 5 years of marketing analyst experience, with a strong background in data analysis and marketing strategy.
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide insights.
Proficient in Marketing Analytics ToolsProficient in marketing analytics tools, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Excellent Communication SkillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to senior management.
CompensationStarting salary for this position is $80,000 annually + bonus, with a comprehensive benefits package including life insurance, extended health care, AD&D insurance, and RRSP.
