Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Windsor's Service Swan River Ltd. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including the storage of food and supplies.
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and cook food items to order, following established recipes and presentation standards.
    • Portion and serve food to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Take orders and process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies and inventory in a timely and organized manner.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to resolve any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • Will train on the job.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency required.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills.
    • Reliability, team player, and ability to multitask.
