Key Responsibilities
  • Dishware Management: Ensure that clean dishes, utensils, and other kitchen items are delivered to serving areas and tables are properly set.
  • Sanitation Duties: Regularly clean and sanitize kitchen items, including dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a tidy dining area.
  • Food Preparation: Assist in washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits, as well as portioning and wrapping food items.
  • Stock Management: Organize and stock refrigerators and salad bars with necessary supplies.
  • Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by sanitizing work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash regularly.
  • Supply Handling: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in designated areas.
Work Environment

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks. Candidates should be prepared for:
