Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.
    • Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, appliances, and storage areas.
  • Food Preparation
    • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
    • Portion and wrap foods as required.
  • Supply Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
    • Handle and store cleaning products safely.
  • Waste Management
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash regularly.
  • Team Support
    • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
Work Environment

As a Kitchen Helper at Swan Palace Restaurant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work under pressure.
