Client Services Team Leader

The Client Service Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of customer service activities within the organization. This position is ideal for individuals who possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence in client relations.
Educational Requirements- Completion of College or CEGEP education is preferred.
- Flexibility to relocate as required.
- Coordinate activities across various departments to enhance operational efficiency.
- Establish and manage work schedules and procedures to optimize workflow.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to management.
- Address work-related challenges, offering technical guidance and recommending strategies to boost productivity and product quality.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Perform the same duties as the team members being supervised.
- Oversee, assign, and evaluate the work of team members.
- Ensure the functionality of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, coordinating repair work as necessary to maintain service delivery.
- Manage the requisition of materials and supplies to support operations.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Demonstrated client focus and dependability.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative and possess interpersonal awareness.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Willingness to relocate for the role.
- Previous experience in a similar field is advantageous.
- Highest level of education completed.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
