Position Overview

The Client Service Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of customer service activities within the organization. This position is ideal for individuals who possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence in client relations.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of College or CEGEP education is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities across various departments to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Establish and manage work schedules and procedures to optimize workflow.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to management.
  • Address work-related challenges, offering technical guidance and recommending strategies to boost productivity and product quality.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Perform the same duties as the team members being supervised.
  • Oversee, assign, and evaluate the work of team members.
  • Ensure the functionality of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, coordinating repair work as necessary to maintain service delivery.
  • Manage the requisition of materials and supplies to support operations.
Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
