Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Fast Fired St. Albert. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Operations Management: Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
