Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
    • Provide personalized service to clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
    • Offer advice and guidance on our products and services, ensuring clients are aware of the benefits and features.
  • Financial Transactions:
    • Process a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
    • Ensure accurate and efficient completion of transactions, maintaining high levels of quality and attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving:
    • Respond to and resolve client concerns, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
    • Identify and assess client problems, providing solutions and recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the team in delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Participate in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Business Acumen:
    • Understand the bank's products and services, including features and benefits.
    • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to provide valuable insights to clients.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Post-secondary education or relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
