We are a dynamic and growing cannabis retailer seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations to customers.
  • Sales Floor Support: Assist with maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and completing visual merchandising tasks.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and processing inventory, including counting and verifying stock levels.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter sales data into our system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales floor team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
