The Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Manager to lead our Housekeeping operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of the Housekeeping department, including supporting audit standards, managing financial aspects, and overseeing a staff of 75 or more.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily Housekeeping operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Support audit standards and maintain high-quality standards
- Oversee financial aspects of the department, including budgeting and forecasting
- Lead and develop a team of 75 or more staff members
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop staff
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
- Computer skills, including working knowledge of software and systems
- 3-5 years of housekeeping leadership and hospitality experience

As a Housekeeping Manager at Travel + Leisure Co., you'll enjoy a competitive salary, starting at $65,000 - $66,000 per year, based on experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
