About The Local Leaf Cannabis

We are a dynamic and growing cannabis retailer seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge by staying up-to-date on new products, promotions, and company initiatives.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory levels to ensure a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
  • Sales Floor Support: Assist customers on the sales floor, answer questions, and provide product information to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter sales data, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals, provide support, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
