Financial Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at CB Canada. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing financial reporting, forecasting, and trend analysis to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain financial models to analyze standard costing, capital and operating expenses, and overhead costs.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including monthly reporting and forecasting.
- Collaborate with manufacturing operations to support planning and costing analysis activities.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- 3+ years of experience in a financial analyst role, preferably in an operational business unit.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in SAP or other financial software systems.
- Candidates with experience in direct materials/labor costing and inventory management will be highly desired.
