Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial results, identify areas for cost reduction, and provide recommendations for business growth.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory, business, and accounting requirements.
- System Maintenance: Utilize SAP and other financial systems to maintain cost center hierarchies, organize business units, and perform allocations.
- Education: University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Skills: Strong analytical and consolidation, reporting, and modeling skills. Ability to develop the big picture and concurrently be detail-oriented.
- Software: High-level experience with SAP, Oracle Hyperion, WDesk, and PCS, MS BI.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP.
- Soft Skills: Strong team player with above-average presentation skills. Extremely focused individual who can work in a busy environment.
