Position Overview

As a Food Service Supervisor at Osmow's Shawarma Restaurant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a high standard of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Lead and coordinate the activities of kitchen and service staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Training: Provide comprehensive training to staff on their roles, focusing on sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and food wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on operations.
  • Order Preparation: Compile food order summaries for the chef.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of the restaurant's culinary offerings.
  • Tray Assembly Supervision: Oversee the assembly of food trays to ensure accuracy and presentation.
  • Delivery Oversight: Supervise the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
