Educational Requirements- Completion of a relevant trades certificate or diploma
- Equivalent experience may also be considered
- Engage with clients post-sale to provide continuous support and assistance
- Identify and pursue potential clients to expand the customer base
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client relationships
- Promote and advertise hotel services and offerings effectively
Experience in hotel and convention services is highly valued.
