Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Sandman Hotel Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and control the activities of the Front Office, Reservations, and Guest Activities departments
- Ensure adherence to Sandman Hotel Group standards, policies, and procedures
- Prepare forecasts and work closely with Reservations, Front Office, and Sales to maximize occupancy, rate, and revenue
- Develop relationships with clients, return guests, and group contacts to provide personalized guest service
- Support Sandman Hotel Group's philosophy towards employee development, morale, and institute programs to promote effectiveness and promotion within the Rooms Division
- Respond properly and take a supervisory role in any hotel emergency or safety situation
- Manage all administrative duties as specified by the Company
- Previous hotel experience, specifically in the Rooms Division Department
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities for self and others
- Computer literate with knowledge of a variety of computer software applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite
