Executive Director, Strategic Procurement and Supply Chain Management

Vention's Operations team is seeking a seasoned Operations Director to lead a team in managing a global procurement network. If you have a passion for optimizing supply chains and driving strategic sourcing initiatives, this role may be a good fit.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional teams in strategic sourcing projects and spend reduction initiatives
- Manage global procurement and optimize supplier performance
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Optimize inventory levels and support supplier audits
- Drive master supply agreement negotiations and collaborate with software developers
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, or Logistics
- 15+ years' experience in senior supply chain roles
- Experience with hardware components and global distribution networks
- Strong communication and data analytic skills
