Key Responsibilities:- Procurement and Sourcing: Participate in and manage various bidding and tendering processes, analyze and assess suppliers, and compile and analyze statistical data to resolve feasibility of buying products and establish price objectives.
- Category Management: Collaborate with the Global Procurement team in various activities related to the procurement cycle, including setting up contracts, working with legal on Master Service Agreements (MSAs), preparing executive packages, and setting up Purchase Orders (POs).
- Strategic Sourcing: Support the global procurement leadership team in the implementation of cross-regional sourcing decisions and drive the implementation of these decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key contact for internal stakeholders in their area of responsibility, building effective relationships of mutual trust and understanding.
- Business Analysis: Work with internal stakeholders to identify and understand requirements, review and analyze their budget, and gather, analyze, and interpret spend data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sourcing and/or procurement experience, with a strong background in category management and strategic sourcing.
- Skills: Strong commercial acumen, proven category and contract management capabilities, strong analytical capability, ability to influence and manage stakeholders, effective time management and personal organizational skills, and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
