Job Summary

Namaste Indian Supermarket Mississauga is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Merchandise Management: Authorize returns, establish work schedules, and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demands.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Store Operations: Organize and maintain a clean and safe store environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail management experience.
