Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
    • Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive excellent service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.

    • 5 years or more of experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory or management role.

    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
