About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Upside Down Convenience Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train a team of sales staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and to meet sales targets.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
  • Drive Sales and Revenue: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, including analyzing sales data and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage Inventory and Stock: Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring that the store is always fully stocked and that inventory is turned over regularly.
  • Manage Store Security: Ensure that the store is secure, including managing access to the store and monitoring CCTV footage.
  • Manage Store Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of the store, including scheduling repairs and maintenance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or convenience store environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week.
