Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at DHAYOR AFRICAN STORE INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
  • Authorize return of merchandise and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to achieve store goals
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of retail experience
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a team
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
Work Environment:
  • Standing for extended periods
