About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Upside Down Convenience Store. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee the efficient operation of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Manage Inventory and Stock: Ensure accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and maintain a well-organized store environment.
  • Handle Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing, adhering to company standards.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other store managers and staff to achieve business objectives, share best practices, and provide support when needed.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or convenience store environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week.
