Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at JOHNNY ROCCO'S ITALIAN GRILL. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Financial Management
    • Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to boost profitability
    • Develop and manage budgets to ensure accurate forecasting and financial planning
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff
    • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, including prompt and friendly service, accurate orders, and timely resolution of customer complaints
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, inventory management, and supply chain logistics
    • Implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce waste
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty
    • Monitor sales trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
    • Implement procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Proven track record of success in budgeting, financial management, and staff development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or business administration preferred
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
