We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Hebster Construction Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to our office staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for our team members.
- Office Operations
- Oversee the maintenance of our office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Ensure the office is well-organized and clutter-free.
- Coordinate with our IT department to resolve technical issues.
- Financial Management
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Manage and reconcile office expenses.
- Coordinate with our accounting department to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
- Human Resources
- Assist with recruitment and hiring processes.
- Coordinate with our HR department to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide support with employee onboarding and training.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
