About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at CANWING TRAVEL LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
    • Assist with the coordination of office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Operations Coordination
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including budgeting and inventory management.
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Conduct online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions to support business growth.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
    • Show flexibility, organization, reliability, ability to multitask, time management, adaptability, integrity, and a team player attitude.
