Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at RIAA's E&A Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance and business services teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Procedures and Routines: Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Respond to telephone and electronic enquiries, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate and up-to-date data, statistics, and information for our business operations.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
  • Team Support: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general administrative support to our office and volunteer staff.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 1-2 people to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Work Setting: Finance and insurance, business services.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and work with minimal supervision.
  • Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, flexibility, organized, team player, client focus, accountability, and due diligence.
