At SGI, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Board and Executive Support department, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Vice Presidents and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our Vice Presidents, including scheduling, travel coordination, and correspondence.
  • Manage complex projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, to foster a culture of collaboration and trust.
  • Collaborate with our Executive Leadership Team to drive business strategy and achieve key objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying your knowledge to improve our administrative processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Two-year diploma in a relevant field, such as Business or Administration.
  • Three years of experience in a senior administrative role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and other corporate technology systems.
