Key Responsibilities- Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
- Operations Evaluation: Regularly evaluate our daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Financial Management: Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure effective financial management.
- Meeting Support: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure timely and efficient use of our resources.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and efficient office environment.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed to support our business objectives.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
- Security and Safety: Bondable.
- Work Terms: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
