Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including arranging seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Communication: Open and distribute mail, respond to electronic enquiries, and answer telephone calls and messages in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and maintain accurate records of office procedures and routines.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.

Requirements
