Restaurant Manager Job Description

At CHAWLAS INDIAN BISTRO AND PARTY HALL, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Analyze and optimize our restaurant's budget to maximize profits and minimize costs.
  • Operations Oversight: Evaluate and improve daily operations, including food preparation, menu management, and staff performance.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff, ensuring they meet our high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring we have the right products at the right time.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure.
