Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Director, Account Management to join our team. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for driving growth in Revenue and Contribution Margin in our divisions (facilities) and focused on the BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and recommend short-term and long-range strategic sales plans and revenue and Contribution Margin goals to ensure the fulfillment of the company's business plan objectives.
- Continually provide feedback to assist with the development of dynamic sales strategies for the short- and long-term success of the business.
- Work collaboratively with all business development team members to successfully transition new clients to a professionally managed portfolio of accounts.
- Establish business relationships by building trust.
- Participate in regular meetings as a member of the Business Development team and report on all active pursuits, wins, losses, opportunities, and upcoming engagements.
- Leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage a small team of direct reports.
- Broad knowledge of computer components and IT equipment.
