PSC Group is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to spearhead our expansion into the Canadian market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities that align with our company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Strategy: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, partners, and industry trends in Canada. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to the Canadian market.
  • New Business Acquisition: Identify, target, and engage prospective clients in Canada. Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities, leading negotiations, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Brand Building: Increase brand awareness and market presence in Canada by representing PSC Group at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all business development activities comply with Canadian laws and regulations. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with entering the new market.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the Canadian market.
  • Proven track record of successfully securing new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian business landscape, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and key industry sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
