Job Title: Director, Sales and Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Sales and Marketing to join our team at Elite Global Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market research data to inform business decisions and improve market positioning
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our business services
  • Lead the development of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret market research data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other marketing software tools
